Manifesto
- Good design is the right decision – not decoration.
- Systems don’t kill creativity. They aim it.
- AI clears the runway from busywork and routine.
- Noise never beats a clear idea.
- Everything can be simplified – once it’s understood well enough.
- Human in the loop is like surfing a massive AI wave.
Full manifesto
Good work starts by sitting down
Getting on the same page fast is crucial. Clear rules help early on and the real skill is knowing when to let them go. Frameworks should support the work, not trap it.
We’re not here to produce endless options
The goal is the clearest path to a solid decision. That’s why we build early – small prototypes, small tests, real use, not perfect slides.
Strong ideas die under jargon
If we can’t explain it, we can’t build it. Simplicity is protection, it’s what makes the work defendable, and doable.
One good hit is nice, but it isn’t a system
The focus is on solutions we can repeat, improve, and scale without losing their character. It is turning a spark into architecture.
Cut the noise and skip the AI show
Tools are useful, but humans stay responsible for the output. A calm, focused idea beats generic chaos especially when the stakes are high.
In the end, it has to mean something
If a project is only about money, it’s probably not a fit. If there is no real human value, it’s better to walk away. Real human value is the point.

From crafts to neural networks
2024 – present
AI System Architect
R&D Lead at SCD. Defining a new role for a creative person in the modern era. Launching the Multitalent ecosystem.
Combining technology, ethics and design into functional units combining Local LLMs, RAG, Agents.
2021 - 2023
Human in the Loop
The advent of LLM GPT and generative AI has shaken the foundations of artistic creation, threatened authorship, and completely changed established practices. Instead of rejection, deep research and experimenting.
The emergence of the first AI supported audio, video and image, avatars and automations.
2011 - 2020
Multitalent years
Founded a system design and branding studio with free international collaboration, focused mainly on the cultural sector. From naming, through texts and logos, to complete solutions for larger and smaller design projects.
Brands, Identities, books, magazines, posters, websites, design manuals.
2001 – 2010
STUPIDesign years
Mainly experimented with form and content with the aim of gaining attention, surprise and humor. The main principle has always been to do things differently, seemingly crazy but always functional.
Taught at the art academy and created freely.
1994 – 2000
Analog Roots
Interest in graphic design awakened and cultivated. Worked in various studios, a design center. Studied at my dream university. This period was more Art than Design, but even then I invented the Stupid brand and submitted to its dictates.
Computers were coming and letrasets and markers were thrown away.
What exactly does Parso do?
Parso is a multidisciplinary systems architect who combines 25 years of design experience with advanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) implementation. He specializes in the “Human in the Loop” methodology.
What services does the Multitalent ecosystem provide?
The multitalent encompasses three main pillars: Bizlee (Process Automation), AIWings (AI Technology Implementation), and Storyade (Storytelling and Creative Content).
Who is collaboration suitable for?
For business leaders, creative agencies, and institutions who want to integrate AI ethically and effectively, without losing brand identity.
